But the problem is you can't download a file larger than 20 mb, but you can download the files less than 20 mb.
So Download Opera Mini **CLICK HERE** Got to remember that the balance should be more than 1 Rs. and less than 2 Rs. Inshort, between 1 and 2 Rs.Try at higherbalance on your own risk. I suggest to use on low balance.
After downloading, the file, go to Settings, Connectivity, Personal Configuration, create a new setting profile in your phone as under:-
Connection Settings
Connection Name : riyaz007.tk
Apn : rcomnet
Proxy : m.google-cust.opera.mini.net:80
Port : 80
Now set the settings as default and install the opera.
